About me

Hello! My name is Yuliia Bochko and I am a psychotherapist who will help you better understand yourself and find a way to deal with difficult emotions. I know that sometimes life can be overwhelming – stress, conflicts with loved ones, lack of motivation, or maybe just the feeling that no one understands you. You don't have to be alone with it.

In my office, there is no judgment or ready-made solutions. Instead, there is a space where you can talk openly about what worries you, what pisses you off, and what makes you feel lost. Together, we will find ways to help you feel better and regain control over your life.

How do I work?
I am a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT), which means that I help you understand how your thoughts affect your well-being and behavior. Together, we will look at what stresses you out, what is difficult for you, and find solutions that really work. Therapy is not just talking – it is specific strategies that will help you deal with anxiety, sadness, or uncertainty.

A few words about me.
I not only work with young people and adults, but I also educate future psychologists at SWPS University. Apart from therapy, I am interested in the methodology of psychological research, statistics and psychometrics.
